Brief:
To support the Housekeeping Department in daily operations, ensuring guest rooms and public areas are clean, well-maintained, and meet the hotel’s service standards. This position offers an excellent opportunity for students/interns to gain practical experience in a professional hotel environment.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in cleaning guest rooms, making beds, changing linens, and maintaining room cleanliness in accordance with hotel standards.
- Support the cleaning and upkeep of public areas, corridors, pantries, storage areas, and related spaces.
- Learn and comply with hygiene, safety, and service standards.
- Assist in checking room conditions, equipment, and promptly report any issues.
- Coordinate with team members to ensure tasks are completed efficiently and on time.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Housekeeping Supervisor or Manager.
Requirements:
- Students or trainees currently studying Tourism, Hospitality, Hotel Management, or related fields.
- Available for full-time internship or according to the hotel’s schedule.
- Hard-working, eager to learn, and responsible.
- Good physical health, positive attitude, and willingness to work shifts.
- Candidates with a long-term interest in the hospitality industry are preferred.
