Brief:
Support daily Food & Beverage service operations, assist the service team, and learn basic service standards in a professional hospitality environment.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in setting up tables, service stations, and service areas according to standards.
- Support service staff in serving food and beverages to guests.
- Assist in clearing tables and maintaining cleanliness in dining areas.
- Ensure hygiene, safety, and service standards are followed at all times.
- Learn menu items, basic service procedures, and customer interaction skills.
- Perform other duties as assigned by Supervisor or Management.
Requirements:
- Student or fresh graduate in Hospitality, Tourism, or related fields.
- Willing to learn with a positive and responsible attitude.
- Able to work in shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- Basic English communication skills are an advantage.
- No prior experience required.
