Brief:
Prepare and serve beverages to standard, maintain bar cleanliness, ensure quality ingredients, and deliver excellent customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Receive and check the quality of ingredients such as fruits, tea, coffee, beer, and wine.
- Prepare and serve beverages according to standard recipes or customer requests.
- Ensure sufficient ingredients and well-functioning equipment during each shift.
- Maintain cleanliness of the bar area and all utensils used for preparation.
- Decorate and present drinks attractively before serving.
- Recommend seasonal or signature drinks to customers and provide beverage advice based on preferences.
- Handle customer feedback and complaints in a professional manner.
- Properly store and preserve ingredients at correct temperature and conditions.
- Clean and arrange bar tools at the end of each shift; report any damages to the supervisor or manager.
- Collaborate on new drink menu ideas and participate in training sessions to improve skills.
- Support teammates and assist in busy hours when necessary.
- Report incidents or irregularities to management.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor or manager.
Requirements:
- College degree or vocational training in Hospitality, Bartending, or related field.
- At least 2–3 years of experience as a Bar Supervisor or senior Bartender in hotels or restaurants.
- Strong knowledge of beverage preparation, cocktail and mocktail recipes, and bar operations.
- Skilled in planning work schedules, inventory control, and equipment management.
- Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Creative in developing new beverage recipes and updating drink menus.
- Proficient in hygiene, safety, and equipment maintenance procedures.
- Customer-oriented, responsible, and able to work under pressure.
- Basic English communication is an advantage.
