Brief:
Preprocess and prepare ingredients, ensure hygiene and food quality, comply with procedures, and coordinate with the kitchen team.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and preprocess ingredients according to the Head Chef’s standards.
  • Ensure hygiene and food quality.
  • Follow recipes and kitchen procedures.
  • Report to supervisors and complete tasks on time.
  • Collaborate with team members.
  • Maintain equipment and the working area.
  • Keep a neat appearance and work professionally.

Requirements:

  • Basic cooking certificate.
  • Experience working in an international environment is an advantage.
  • Knowledge of hygiene and food safety.
  • Willingness to work flexibly.
