Brief:
Join our Food & Beverage team as an intern and gain hands-on experience in a luxury hospitality environment while developing professional service skills and international-standard restaurant operations knowledge.
Responsibilities:
- Support daily operations at the restaurant, café, and other F&B outlets as assigned.
- Welcome guests, assist with seating arrangements, and present menus in a professional manner.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and communicate them to the kitchen and bar teams.
- Assist in serving food and beverages while ensuring excellent guest service standards.
- Prepare dining areas, table setups, buffet arrangements, and necessary operating equipment.
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and organization of work areas at all times.
- Learn and follow hotel service standards, operational procedures, and guest service practices.
- Perform other duties and projects assigned by supervisors or managers.
Requirements:
- Students from vocational schools, colleges, or universities majoring in Hospitality, Tourism, Restaurant, or Hotel Management.
- Passionate about the hospitality industry with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Careful, hardworking, responsible, and eager to develop professional skills.
- Basic English communication skills.
- Ability to work in a dynamic service environment and interact with international guests.
- Available for a full-time internship period as required by the hotel.
