Support daily Food & Beverage service operations, assist the service team, and learn basic service standards in a professional hospitality environment.
Responsibilities:
Assist in setting up tables, service stations, and service areas according to standards.
Support service staff in serving food and beverages to guests.
Assist in clearing tables and maintaining cleanliness in dining areas.
Ensure hygiene, safety, and service standards are followed at all times.
Learn menu items, basic service procedures, and customer interaction skills.
Perform other duties as assigned by Supervisor or Management.
Requirements:
Student or fresh graduate in Hospitality, Tourism, or related fields.
Willing to learn with a positive and responsible attitude.
Able to work in shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
Basic English communication skills are an advantage.
No prior experience required.
