Brief:
Responsible for supervising daily restaurant operations, ensuring excellent service standards, team performance, and guest satisfaction while supporting the achievement of departmental objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily restaurant operations and ensure smooth service delivery in accordance with hotel standards.
- Coordinate and support the service team to provide exceptional guest experiences and maintain high service quality.
- Monitor restaurant setup, cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation standards at all times.
- Handle guest requests, feedback, and complaints promptly and professionally.
- Train, coach, and guide team members on service procedures, product knowledge, and operational standards.
- Communicate daily operational updates and ensure effective coordination between restaurant, kitchen, and other departments.
- Assist in staff scheduling, onboarding, and performance monitoring as assigned by management.
- Ensure compliance with hotel policies, food safety regulations, and workplace safety standards.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar supervisory role within the hospitality or food and beverage industry.
- Strong leadership, team supervision, and problem-solving skills.
- Good knowledge of restaurant operations, service standards, and guest relations.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluent in English (spoken and written).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and POS systems.
- Well-groomed appearance with a positive and service-oriented attitude.
