Brief:
Oversee branding and marketing for Villa Song Saigon’s hospitality business, enhancing brand positioning, driving creative campaigns, and building a sustainable marketing system.
Responsibilities:
- Refine brand positioning, messaging, and visual identity to strengthen Villa Song Saigon’s market presence.
- Develop and execute a 3-month marketing plan covering accommodation, dining, and lifestyle segments.
- Lead digital marketing, social media, and promotional campaigns in alignment with brand strategy.
- Oversee content production (photoshoots, videos, digital assets) ensuring consistency with brand image.
- Collaborate with internal teams and provide creative direction for brand and marketing activities.
- Support recruitment, training, and handover of marketing tools, guidelines, and workflows.
- Provide ongoing strategic consultation to ensure sustainable brand and marketing performance.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in the marketing field.
- Candidates with experience in the hospitality industry are preferred.
- Hands-on experience in marketing is a significant advantage.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in English (both spoken and written).
- Knowledge of both online and offline Sales and Marketing.
