Responsibilities:
- Supervise and produce bakery products, ensuring consistent production and quality.
- Assign tasks and manage bakery operations effectively.
- Prepare bakery items according to orders and hotel standards.
- Ensure proper storage and rotation of ingredients.
- Create purchase requests for ingredients and supplies.
- Inspect refrigerators and work areas daily to prevent spoilage.
- Check and adjust items made by subordinate staff.
- Create shaped dough products when necessary.
- Comply with hygiene, safety, and energy-saving regulations.
Requirements:
- Knowledge of baking techniques, ingredients, and quality standards.
- Preferably at least 1 year of experience in an international kitchen environment.
- Requirement: baking certificate.
- Ability to work independently and follow procedures.
- Update culinary trends as requested by the Head Chef.
- Maintain a professional attitude with colleagues and supervisors.
