Brief:
Clean hotel areas, handle cleaning requests, assist guests, and promptly report to the supervisor.
Responsibilities:
- Clean both indoor and outdoor areas of the hotel.
- Understand the tasks assigned at the beginning of the shift.
- Receive and handle requests related to public area cleanliness within the hotel.
- Report any incidents to the Housekeeping Supervisor.
- Promptly inform the Supervisor of any customer dissatisfaction or complaints.
- Guide and assist guests when necessary.
- Perform other tasks as requested by superiors.
Requirements:
- Male or Female
- Good health, willing to work in rotating shifts (morning & afternoon).
