Brief:
Assist guests with check-in, check-out, and inquiries while ensuring smooth front office operations and excellent service.
Responsibilities:
- Welcome and register guests according to hotel procedures.
- Handle check-in, check-out, room changes, and billing accurately.
- Provide information on room rates, promotions, and hotel services.
- Coordinate with Housekeeping for early check-in, late check-out, and special requests.
- Maintain accurate guest accounts and process payments promptly.
- Answer phone calls and guest inquiries with professional etiquette.
- Handle guest requests and complaints courteously and efficiently.
- Control room keys, ensure proper posting of charges, and prepare daily reports.
- Keep updated on hotel activities, meetings, and software systems.
- Perform other duties assigned by the Front Office Supervisor or Manager.
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree in hotel management field.
- Experience with same position in other 4 – 5 star hotel is preferred.
- Dynamic, willing to learn.
- Service-oriented and highly responsive to guest concerns and interests.
- Good communication in English both written and oral.
