Brief:
Assist in managing restaurant operations to ensure smooth service, guest satisfaction, and profitability in line with hotel standards.
Responsibilities:
- Assist the Department Manager in managing restaurant operations, ensuring smooth, efficient, and profitable performance.
- Maintain guest satisfaction by delivering consistent service quality in line with hotel standards.
- Support the preparation and achievement of departmental budget goals through effective cost control and increased revenue.
- Oversee daily service, accounting, and guest service procedures to ensure compliance.
- Coordinate with the Banquet Department to support all functions and events.
- Conduct regular staff training to maintain professionalism and service excellence.
- Prepare monthly reports on departmental revenue and expenses.
- Safeguard all confidential and financial information related to the restaurant.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the General Manager.
Requirements:
- At least 3 years experience in restaurant management with evidenced tracked record of achievements.
- Languages: fluent in English.
- Computer literate.
- Leadership & management skills.
- Problem solving, reasoning, motivating, organizational and training abilities.
- Strong in driving results and people management and development.
