Brief:
To develop sales activities for Villa Song Saigon by building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and partners, driving revenue growth, and supporting sustainable business development for the hotel and F&B operations.
Responsibilities:
- Identify, develop, and manage corporate, partner, and individual clients for hotel rooms and F&B services.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Conduct sales activities and promote the hotel’s products and services in line with the sales strategy.
- Prepare quotations, contracts, and follow up on the contract signing process.
- Coordinate with related departments (Reservations, Front Office, F&B, Finance) to ensure service delivery as committed.
- Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer needs to propose appropriate sales solutions.
- Prepare periodic sales reports and update sales performance to the Sales Manager.
- Participate in sales activities, events, trade shows, fam trips, and promotional programs organized by the hotel.
Requirements:
- College or University degree in Business, Tourism, Hospitality, or related fields.
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in Sales; hospitality industry experience is an advantage.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proactive, result-oriented, and able to work under sales pressure.
- Good command of English in both spoken and written forms.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
