Brief:
Responsible for maintaining safety and security throughout the hotel premises, protecting guests, employees, and assets while ensuring a safe and welcoming environment.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor and maintain safety, security, and order throughout the hotel premises.
- Conduct regular patrols of public areas, entrances, exits, and designated locations to prevent security incidents.
- Control access to the property and monitor visitors, employees, and contractors entering or leaving the premises.
- Assist guests, provide directions, and respond professionally to inquiries or security-related concerns.
- Inspect and verify gate passes, exit permits, and movement of hotel assets to prevent unauthorized removal of property.
- Monitor suspicious activities and report incidents, emergencies, or safety hazards promptly to the Security Supervisor.
- Ensure compliance with hotel security procedures, fire safety regulations, and emergency response protocols.
- Prepare incident reports and maintain accurate security records as required.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar Security position, preferably in hotels, resorts, or commercial buildings.
- Ability to work under pressure and respond effectively to emergency situations.
- Good observation, vigilance, and incident-handling skills.
- Basic English communication skills (speaking, reading, and writing).
- Strong sense of responsibility, integrity, and professionalism.
- Ability to work rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and public holidays.
- Good physical condition and professional appearance.
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
