Brief:
Responsible for supervising hotel security operations, ensuring the safety of guests, employees, and property while maintaining security standards and leading the Security team effectively.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily security operations to ensure a safe and secure environment throughout the hotel premises.
- Lead, guide, and monitor Security Staff to ensure compliance with hotel policies, security procedures, and safety regulations.
- Conduct regular patrols, inspections, and security checks to prevent incidents and maintain order.
- Monitor security logs, incident reports, and shift activities to ensure accurate documentation and follow-up actions.
- Ensure all team members are trained and familiar with emergency response procedures, fire safety equipment, and security protocols.
- Investigate and report security incidents, accidents, and unusual occurrences in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain security equipment and ensure all systems and tools are functioning properly.
- Coordinate with all departments to support hotel operations and enhance overall safety and guest satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in security operations, including supervisory experience in hotels, resorts, buildings, or related environments.
- Strong leadership, team management, and incident-handling skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and respond effectively to emergencies and security incidents.
- Good knowledge of security procedures, fire safety regulations, and emergency response protocols.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel).
- Fluent English communication skills (spoken and written).
- Strong observation, reporting, and problem-solving abilities.
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
