Brief:
Greet and serve guests professionally, handle requests promptly, have a clear understanding of products, maintain cleanliness in the area, and support colleagues.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests warmly and professionally.
- Serve guests according to the restaurant/service area’s procedures and standards.
- Always pay attention to and anticipate guests’ needs.
- Handle guest requests quickly and efficiently.
- Have thorough knowledge of all food, beverages, and products served in the department.
- Participate fully in all training courses organized by the F&B Department.
- Maintain a neat and clean appearance according to company regulations.
- Ensure hygiene and cleanliness in the working area.
- Prepare, clean, and arrange the restaurant, including table setting and menu arrangement.
- Report daily operations and supply needs to the supervisor.
- Perform other tasks assigned by superiors.
- Support colleagues and guide new employees/interns when needed.
- Follow proper procedures for shift handover and takeover.
Requirements:
- Graduated in Hotel and Restaurant Management.
- 1 year of experience in a similar position at hotels and restaurants.
- Energetic and eager to learn.
- Service-oriented with the ability to respond quickly to guests’ concerns and needs.
- Able to communicate in English.
